Damascus Flat Band with Double Tantalum Rails and Dark Fire Oxide | STAR
Our STAR pattern rings are characterized by two opposing abstract four cornered stars with diagonal wood grain between them. In this ring, the Damascus is framed by the double Tantalum rails. Tantalum is the darkest naturally colored metal that exists. In combination with the oxidized Damascus steel it creates a strong and powerful visual statement. The inside of the ring has a comfort fit shape and is finished to a high polish for a silky smooth feel.

The STAR patterned ring is one of our most fun to make. When our stainless Damascus Steel is heated to a bright orange, it moves almost like putty under the hammer. The metal's pliable nature at these high temperatures allow us to get the amazing and natural looking flow to this design. The Fire Oxide finish tells the tale of it's journey through the fire.
